“The AMA is currently going through a huge transformation into what leadership there believes will be a much better organization, poised to open up the world of motorcycling to more people,” Buell said in the release. “After going through my first board meeting, I can certainly say that all the members there are absolutely unified in helping make these changes happen. I am very honored by being chosen to be part of this by the AMA and Harley-Davidson, and will do my best to apply my experience to deliver to the AMA goals.”
