"I purchased my first Harley Davidson about two weeks ago. I have heard from many friends that Pikes Peak Harley is the place to go for a bike, so I went. I was met by Huey who was a very informative salesman. I informed him that I had not owned a Harley before and my knowledge of Harley’s was limited. Huey showed my wife and me all the different models and gave very good advice on each bikes advantage and disadvantages for what we were looking for in a bike. Huey was a no pressure salesmen and I appreciated that beyond belief. When it came time to buy the bike we met with Huey and did the paper work on the Street Bob. As the paper work went to Financing we got our tour of the store to buy our clothing, parts and service related items. The clothing experience was laid back and effortless. The parts that I wanted put on the bike were available and Dave was helpful with showing me which parts I wanted for the bike (just remember to get them order like you said you would, but I forgive you). The financing with Nick was a breeze and fairly painless. I really thought it was great that everyone stayed very late to get all of this done. I think it was almost 9pm before we left and the store had closed at 6pm. The bike should have been delivered on Wednesday, but due to a parts order problem it wasn’t. Dale in service helped me out and was able to get the parts on the bike to me by Saturday afternoon, just in time to enjoy the warmth of that day with my new bike. I will definitely recommend your dealership to others and I am looking forward to doing more business with pikes Peak Harley Davidson. Again thanks for the great sales staff, financing and service."

"My husband and I contacted Dallas prior to arriving in the Springs. We were vacationing from 9-14-07 to 9-22-07 and wanted to do some riding in the Rockies. Your rental guys, Dallas and Troy, were top notch. When they were delayed by traffic which delayed our "getting going" time, they were more than obliging to make it up to us. My husband rented a Road King Classic and I rented a Softail Deluxe and were extremely pleased with the bikes but we were exceptionally pleased with the service from your guys at PPHD. Kudos to Dallas and Troy for making our visit to the Springs a memorable adventure. They were also very helpful in suggesting routes and sights to see. "This was only my second renting experience. I stopped by to see if we could rent a bike for the day. Troy was most helpful in picking out what bike to rent. When he heard that my wife was also going to ride, he quickly stated that the bike we spoke about was not a good fit. He then showed me the Electra Glide. I was apprehensive about the size, but onc on it I was "hooked". When we arrived the next day to rent Dennis laid out a great trip with places to stop and see along the way. Your dealership should be very proud of these two "helpful and friendly" consultants. We will definetly be back to rent again!"

"To Pikes Peak Harley Davidson: I just wanted to send a special thank-you to your service employees. They really went "Above and Beyond" on my recent unexpected stop at your dealership's Service Department. I was in the middle of a eleven day trip from Plano, Texas to Boulder, Colorado and as much of the Rocky Mountains in between as I could ride. My 2003 Road King Fire-Fighter Special Edition started idling up out of control while I was in Colorado Springs. I made it in the rain to your dealership five minutes before closing on September 6th. Your Service Department pulled my bike in and started working on it. The Lead Technician was Wayne Woods and Jeremy Wortman was handling the Service Counter but at one time I saw at least four other technicians working on getting my bike back running properly. After about a hour they had determined the problem, corrected the problem, and had me back on the road. I do not know what I would have done had they not stayed for more than an hour after their work day was over to get me back on the road. EVERYONE was extremely helpful and personable as I made decisions on my new motorcycle, add-on accessories, and motorcycle apparel. Of particular note are Ron Stephens (consummate salesman--exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful), Lee Vaughn (infectious enthusiasm and very personable--I now only go to Lee for advice on parts/accessory add-ons), and Shaundra Hayes from MotorClothes,whom I found to be always helpful and personable (pleasingly persuasive on always wearing safety clothing/gear--really knows her stuff!). I've only visited a few Harley dealerships (two in Colorado and three in Arizona) and they don't come close to matching the stimulating and pleasing atmosphere of Pikes Peak Harley-Davidson and its awesome staff.
