  • "The whole team was Awesome, I didn’t even know Harley had an Adventure Bike but one of my coworkers told me about it and I stopped in. Sheena was my sales person, set me up with a road test. Awesome entry in the market the PanAmerican 1250S. We came back to the store worked numbers. Desk manager don’t want to get your name wrong brother but you treated me great. I almost took a stock unit, thought about it and told them I really needed Black on Black with wire wheels. They got it for me from out of state and before this great Independence Weekend. Got it close to closing time and there was an issue with the pin # for the bike since it only gets one fob I really wanted to change it. Jake one of the techs was walking by and took into the shop and programmed for me. So to tell you I went from concept to delivery in a week on a bike that was unobtainium. Thanks to this team and with complications still got it done. Callouts Gil, CJ, Sheena, Jake. The sales Manager and Parts Counterman for accessories was great too. Thanks Team.   • "Yes me and my wife are very happy with are 2005 night train. We did but it without test riding it however based on how well your dealership took care of my old man when I helped him buy his. I really wasn't worried. I have nothing but good things to say about you and your staff. I am impressed that even with that the fact the your poor guys in your repair shop who have more work than they could ever or need. Basically keep it clean as an operating room says a lot about their pride and care in their work. I clearly cannot speak on experiences with other Harley-Davidson dealerships but your location and staff have to be in the top three of the United States of America.   • "I recently purchased a 2020 FXLRS and traded my 2013 XL883N. Zack, from sales, was super helpful in setting up a test ride and guiding me through every step of the process with amazing service! Wren, the floor manager, was very knowledgeable with the bike I was specifically interested in, and answered any question I had about the Low Rider S. Finally CJ, the finance manager, was very helpful in working out exactly what I wanted with financing the motorcycle. This was my first time buying a Harley from a dealership and I have to say that it was actually an enjoyable experience! The staff were all knowledgeable, helpful, funny, and a joy to be around! I really felt like a member of the Harley-Davidson community from beginning to end, and still do! Zack has also been a huge help even after I left the dealership in answering any questions that came up on later rides! He is professional, polite, knowledgeable, and works extremely hard to get my bike (Street Glide CVO) serviced correctly and in a timely manner. Plus I appreciate how he contacts me with updates. In my last appt (10/22/21) I hadn't even gotten home after dropping my bike off and he called to update me on what was wrong with my bike and that he called the manufacturer to see if it was in stock. Making a high dollar luxury purchase can be over whelming, but Dave Wellen walked us through the process, and was very helpful. He even worked late to get things moving faster. He found the bike we really wanted and got it to your location, all the time communicating with us so we never had to guess what was going on. C.J was great and made the finance process quick, easy and clear. He explain all of the add on options completely and clearly. Both Dave and C.J. went above and beyond. Allison helped us get set up with a helmet and answered all of our questions. Patrick in service explained the service packages and provided maintenance information. Even though is was closing time everyone was friendly and helpful and did not rush us through anything. I can not say enough good things about the Team there.   • "On the Friday morning before Memorial Day Weekend, a friend and I were on our trip to the Red River Run. We were to meet up with a few friends at 8:30am at Pike Peaks HD, then another couple of stops to pick up other folks. The evening the before I was checking things out on my bike and found it about half a quart or so. Wil it so happened that I did not have any oil in my garage. I thought the next thing would be to arrive early and buy a quart at Pikes Peak HD on Friday morning. Upon arrival, I discovered that it was not open till 9:00am. I saw a couple of employees arriving early and asked if there was any way that I could purchase a quart of oil even though they were not open. No one from the Parts Dept had arrived yet, but a Service Technician named Brian came out with a partial quart of oil and topped me off. That act of excellent of customer service allowed us to stay on our scheduled time and relieved all the stress of the day's planned trip of being delayed. Kudo's and a tip of the hat to Brian, and also to the person that hired him. You found a great employee. Thanks again Brian, Mike------"

  • "I would like to share my experience from Labor Day weekend after staying in Manitou Springs. Rode up Pikes Peak day before Labor Day and experienced clutch issues (apparently this is common there). Anyway it was Sunday morning before Labor Day and I ended up getting towed from the top to Pikes Peak HD. I locked the bike up and left it in the parking lot as they were closed and closed on Labor Day as well. Sent an email on the website for service and got a call 45 minutes before they opened on Tuesday wanting to know where my keys were. I was enjoying a Waffle House breakfast as I figured no one would be there till the time they open. At any rate, got there and spoke with Troy in Service and he said he would get me taken care of. I was in an out in about an hour and Troy also did an upgrade with a flash drive for me the next day as we headed back to Nebraska after getting snowed in for several days. I would like to thank Troy and the entire Service Department for getting me going right away the first day after a 3 day weekend, I really appreciate the courtesy and professionalism by the staff at Pikes Peak HD and they were also under construction during this time. A+ GUYS - THANKS AGAIN from Nebraska!"

  • "20 Aug 2020 I unexpectedly found my self in need of a new battery. I showed up at PPHD around 0930, unannounced without a service appointment. Tyler was hugely helpful getting me worked into the same morning's work schedule . He set up the work order and Jonathon got me back on the road before noon. I really appreciate them both. To be sure, I have always had a great service department experience at PPHD.
